I too filed a change of address w/ USPS and was charged $19.95!
Not once, but twice. I filed a second time as my mail was still being
delivered at the old address. I have tried contacting changeofaddresss.com
but have been unable to talk to anyone. So contacted credit card,
and is now in dispute. I would like to know how these people got
my credit card #!!!
