I signed up for the 2 week trial and I have had two payments taken out of my account amounting to £157.97 that i did not accept to pay for. As it was such a cheap deal i double checked to see if there was a small print explaining an extra fee would be charged to my account after two weeks. There wasnt! I dont see how this company cant take such a large amount out of my account without my permission. I want this refunded asap!! Does anyone have an email address or contact information as i have never had an email stating an extra fee will be charged and i want to contact them directly. Any help is much appreciated
