I went to change my address and clicked on the one that charges a $1.00 and filled it out to find out I was charged 29.95. I have called several times and go's to automated system and e-mailed them but not returning call or e-mails. I feel I've been ripped off and Bank cant do anything they said untill it go's thru and then I can file a claim. Please help!
