Tracy Allan borrowed money from me for a music video and i was supposed to get it from him over a year ago.He always tells me he will send me money and never does. He runs a shady photography operation and rips many people off.He should be arrested and put in jail. he is a con artist and if i had money for an attny id sue. If i can get some help on this matter i can easily find a few people who he conned.
