International boundaries

The company states they will provide you with address, phone number and rental amount of vacancies in cities within the Inland Empire. You pay $75 for this service in which $35 can be refunded to you if you do not locate housing within 90 days. The process is to call in everyday between the hours of 3pm - 5pm Monday through Friday to obtain the new listings for that day. As of 5/1/13, both numbers have been disconnected. I am unable to visit the location because I live in Los Angeles County.
