Pura Cleanse and Mizulean

I signed up online for a free trial it seemed to be sponsored by someone from Channel 4 (are they involved with this scam?)not realising that they had hidden a monthly order within the trial. I received 2 further bottles (1 Pura cleanse and 1 mizulean) with dispatch/invoice documentation simply stating quantity 1 but with no price. I smelled a rat and phoned the number and was informed that they had taken £69.99 out of my account for each bottle a total of almost £140. I informed the operator that I considered this money to have been stolen from my account and demanded it be refunded immediately. She said that she was authorised to refund 50% and did I agree to the 50% refund. I stated clearly that if she was only authorised to refund 50% that she should do this now but that I was not accepting a 50% refund as a waver to seeking the rest of my money. I made it clear that I would be contacting trading standards and the police if my stolen money was not returned in full. She refused to give me an RMA# to get a refund as stated in the accompanying documentation as she said my order was "monthly".
