The lottery office told me last November I won 450,000 and to claim I had to open an account with the HSBC bank so I sent them 400 to open it then they told me to sent them money to transfer the money into my account so I paid them then they told me that there machine wouldn't allow them to transfer it then they told me they will post it and I had to pay for the customs then they said by the time the cheque got to me so then I had to send money to western union to recieve my money so I did and now that I paid the extra money they told me I would receive an ATM card by courier with in 24 hours that was on wednsday the 1 may and I'm still waiting they haven't answered my mail either I have all the information to who I sent the money to as well please can u help me
