I signed up for one month on Care.com on January 2, 2013, because I had a short term need.
I paid for the one month of service by credit card. I come to find out that I have been charged $37.45 per month when that month ran out. I was not using the site for that time.
The rep. that I spoke to at Care.com was not helpful and the only thing he did was credit me back $37.45 for the month of May (which we are only 3 days in).
What a total scam!

- Care.com is an auto-renewing subscription service as stated on the subscription purchase page. It is up to the member to cancel their subscription when they are done using the service. Additionally, Care.com does have a strict no refund policy as stated in the Terms of Use. Any refund is considered a one time courtesy for misunderstanding the policy or for forgetting to cancel.
