I did not want to pay for any of the special services and by the 30 minute mark, I just wanted to get off the phone with them. I actually called their cancellation number from one phone while on the phone with them from another. They claimed to cancel the initial charge but now I must worry about how many more charges I can look forward to. They are really pushy and cannot answer a simple yes or no question. How they are still able to operate their business is beyond belief. I am sure if it is not illegal is it surely unethical.
