In early 2012 I employed Mr. Daniel Dumas (through his site danieldumas.com) to create a website for me. After collecting the $600 down payment he never did any work. After months of trying to get a refund of the down payment which he promised to give back he eventually paid a small amount. He has been ignoring my emails for months now. I believe he is committing fraud and there may be other victims.
