Lived out of State Irving Texas decided to move home to Atlanta, Ga. Saw beautiful property online, asked for apt in front of complex, and asked if it was total electric, they said yes. Put down deposit, and 1st months rent. Moved to Complex. Told my apt, should be ready. During signing of papers, told my utilities were electric, gas, and water, I argued about that, but complied after signing lease given directions, and found the delapidated condition of property. Pictures I saw online were 50 years old infested with rats roaches, threat of West Nile Virus, Gangs, and prostitutes, and apt, was in back of complex, also my main door had been previously kicked in, with frame shattered, and gangs outside my door every night getting High. They refused to fix door, saying I could pay for it. I left property for fear for my life after refusal to fix my door, and no police would respond since property on County line. I am a 66yr.old disabled veteran. (Personal Information Removed)
