There is a debit of S$99.00 on my bank account from Street deal on the 30th of April 2013.
When I purchased vouchers with Street Deal on the 27th of April 2013, I beneficiated 48Hours free of Premium Membership.
Even though it is written on Street Deal "Premium Membership 48 Hours FREE (then S$9.90/month)", I would have
hoped that before taking money from my account, Street Deal would have sent me an e-mail asking for permission or
at least asking me if I agreed or not to pay S$99.00.
I sent an e-mail to [email protected] and [email protected] on the 6th May 2013 claiming for a total refund and in the same time, tried to contact Streetdeals. But obviously, the company seems very busy. I have not heard from them.
Do you think that http://www.siac.org.sg/ can do something in this case?
