I shipped a package from Mesa, AZ on april 4, 2013, PRIORITY MAIL, to Carmel Water Utility, 4915 E. 106th St, Carmel, IN 46033.
It was returned to my home address, (Personal Information Removed) on 4/11/1013. This is my Indiana business/resident address. It was returned as undeliverable as addressed.
I had my son deliver it himself, where he found the address on a mailbox and delivered it to the addressee, a huge multimillion dollar water treatment facility for the city of Carmel.

When I returned to Indiana and took the information to the Carmel PO they informed me that I should have had my son bring it back to the Post Office and they would find out why it was not delivered the first time.
It is apparent that someone in that office is not doing their job.

Besides it is over a mile closer to deiver it as addressed than go to back to the PO and probably have to deliver it himself to the addressee.

It is difficult to retain good customer relations when the mail service is so slow, or nonexistant.

It was supposed to have been delivered on or about 4/5/2013. However it was not returned to us until 4/12/2013.

If you have any questions I can be reached at (Personal Information Removed)
