THIS MONEY WAS TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT ON THE 16TH OF APRIL 2013,I WAS SENDING OFF FOR A FREE SAMPLE PAYING £3.95 POSTAGE AND PACKING.IT DID NOT SAY THAT I HAD TO PURCHACE THESE GOODS AT ALL THATS WHAT FREE SAMPLE MEANS,OTHERWISE I WOULD NOT HAVE ORDERED THE PRODUCT ESPECIALLY PAYING £97.95 FOR THREE SMALL TUBS OF FACE CREAM!!!!! I AM ON SICKNESS BENEFITS AND CANNOT AFFORD THIS SORT OF MONEY FOR FACE CREAM.YOU HAVE TOTALLY MESSED UP MY BENEFITS AND BANK CHARGES.I WANT AN EXPLANATION AND MY MONEY BACK,YOU CAN HAVE THE CREAM BACK I DONT CARE I JUST WANT MY MONEY.I WANT A FONE NUMBER SO I CAN SPEAK TO A HUMANBEING ABOUT THIS BECAUSE THIS IS TOTALLY OUT OF ORDER ANBD SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN TAKEN FREE SAMPLE MEANS FREE SAMPLE.I AM ABSOLUTLEY DISGUSTED ABOUT THIS I AM ON THE SICK DUE 2 SERIOUS MENTAL HEALTH PROBLEMS AND YOU HAVE CAUSED ME NOTHING BUT STRESS AND WORRY.I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND I WILL BLOCK MY BANK FROM YOU TAKING ANY MORE MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT.I WANT A REPLY AND EXPLANATION PLEASE.MISS V.L.KANE
