On 3-25-13 placed order from door to door saleslady 4 a black heritage bible deluxe #n213775. Invoice #n213775-01 On 5-7-13 received an invoice asking 4 an additional 82.95. I don't want the bible as I have not received my merchandise as the total price 4 the bible has been paid by check # 1160. This is complete scam & would like a refund.
