When reviewing my bank statement I noticed two charges. The first was for $3.87 on 7 March and the next for $59.95 on 16 March. I have no idea who this company is. Thank God my bank card expired on 30 April 2013. Yesterday I did receive a phone call from an individual that spoke broken English claiming to be calling about a grant program and mentioning a charge of about $3 from my account to receive a grant package the had not been sent. He asked to verify my information and for my new card information. I quickly disconnected the call and sent all other unknown callers to voicemail. I am filing a complaint with my bank in the morning. By me being military and very busy, I did not even see my bank statement for March until today, 7 May. I urge everyone to check your account often, and cancel any cards you have used with suspicious characters. This can save you a lot of grief later. Your bank should graciously give you a new card if you report the activity or report it missing.

- After looking at other complaints against this company, I have found that another charge of $19.95 that I had been questioning is more than likely connected to the same scam. I called the toll free number to both companies (different number) and got the same exact recording about the business hours. Then I noticed both were out of Utah. The other company name is ID SAFE Haven. I am about to check my april bank statement to be sure this didn't happen in April too.
