We visited Residence Club La Jolla in May, 2011. We were told that they would buy two of our existing timeshare properties and that the money would be deposited into our account in no more than 180 days. The purchase of our properties was being handled by a company in Laredo, Texas called SWAP Global. After 180 days had passed and we had not heard from either SWAP or La Jolla I called SWAP and spoke to Cameron Moretti. He said he was not in the market to buy our properties, but to try and sell them. This was contradictory to what we had been told at La Jolla. I tried to stay in contact with both companies through phone calls, emails, etc., but either no one was available to talk to me or they would just give me the run around. Now two full years later and we have not received a dime for the property at La Jolla. We are now being contacted by a company called Realty Executive All Cities offering to buy our property at La Jolla for substancially more than we paid for it, Yet another hoax? I am guessing so, do these people have no conscience?
