I was approved for a $10,000 loan but since my credit is not good I was told to pay a insurance of 500 plus the 40 dollar Western Union fee. I was told that the insurance company wanted 400 dollars to upgrade my insurance but I told I can't do it and I asked for a refund. Amanda told me that it wasn't her department but she would inform the right people about this. She said it would take 2 to 4 weeks but I have been e-mailing and calling her to see if could just put in my Checking Acct and speed up the process. She also told me almost a week ago that someone would call me right away and no one has. Also now everytime I call their number no one answers. Before I has no trouble reaching somebody. Maybe I am not being scammed but I am starting to get very worried. Their ext is 888 540-7170 ext 102. Thanks
