Replacement Roofing Co (Owner Micah Harlan 864-704-9041)was hired to replace my storm damaged roof. Company received payment and and the work was never started or completed.
On February 15, 2013 we had met with our mortgage company (Natioinwide Insurance)and our roofing contractor Micah Harlan in hopes to get our home at 120 Pine Mountain Drive, Easley SC. 29640 roof/water damage replaced due to storm damage. Contracts were created and faxed between Nationwide and Replacement Roofing Co. Nationwide Claim Number is 61 39 HP 622676 01302013 01.Nationwide cut the first check of $4,384.01 to the Lehere's who in turn turned this check over to Micah Harlan on 4/5/2013 for the work to be started. 5 Weeks have sinced passed and Micah Harlan has not been returning our calls or texts. His voice mail is always full and unable to leave messages.
I am a disabled housewife that has suffered two strokes and am currently unable to pay to get my roof fixed. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The contract was for him to replace my roof and perform internal water damage repairs. Until Micah sends a professional carpet cleaner and painter to our house to complete the required work, this job is not competed.

Filed a fraud report on Micah on 6/3/2013 with the Pickens County Police department. (2013-14282). The contract was for him to replace my roof and perform internal water damage repairs.
Update: 07/05/2013
Roof Materials (2,480.21), Roof crews labor (1,200) =3,680.21. Received first check of 4,384.01 for a profit of 703.80.
Micah has not received the Internal damage check for 1,900.00 because the work has not been completed as of yet.
