I Bought 2 Burberry's scarves form them web site. It cost was $189.03.
But They pulled $196.35 down from my bank account.
And they sent me fake scarves.
I got them shipping address. But it was a fake too.
I lost $51.35 for return.
So total $247.70.
And they erase them website and stoped contact with me.
Them base is a not Fujian.
Them base is a SHANGHAI!

- I have the same problem, I do not know what to do, received something totally different from what I ordered. Now I am afraid if I return it I will loose more money. It took more than a month to receive it.I paid $105. I will try to contact my bank for stop payment.
