Their website look like USCIS web page. I thought it was and that why I paid for $189 for the application fees. I called 415-800-0728 to talk to their representative and want to get refund. However, the operator there is so impatient and unhelpful. They said this was not their job to do it. And gave me their customer services hotlines for me to call. Their number is 702-989-8960. OK, then I called. Guess what I was on the phone like 30 min, no one is picking up my call and even no voice mail for me to leave a message. Then I called the operator again, this time, may be they recognized my caller ID, no one picked up my call. Then I tried to block my number this time, omg, they picked up my phone.
I told them I followed their instruction to call but no one answered. And I asked what is their office hours. However, the representative didn't answer. She didn't say she didn't know, she just keep changing her subject and didn't answer to me. And Saying who created this problem, you should read the website before you paid. What a shady company!!!!
After one hour, I called the customer services again, this time i also use block number, and someone answered my call. I told her my story, she said she can give me a refund back but the cancelation fee is $29. I have no choice but to accept their offer. People... please watch out this shady company
