I saw the advert on Talk Talk's web page and thought that it was genuine. I therefore agreed to the company sending me the FREE sample beauty kit for postage £2.95. I did not agree to buy anything else from them. I was horrified to see that they have taken £97.95 from my account without my permission. I have tried contacting them but have been unsuccessful. This result in my account being overdrawn as I only have a small pension paid into my account. I would never have spent this amount on a beauty product in any event. I would like to know how to recover my money.
