After researching and not finding anything bad about this company (not the case today) and the lifetime warranty and 100% satisfaction guarantee promise I purchased headlight and fog light kits at much higher cost than they advertise today. H13 BI-XENON HI-LO BEAMS : Full HID Conversion Kit For FORD F-150 XLT 2009 Product ID : 8893309 & FOG LIGHTS: Full Xenon HID Conversion Kit For FORD F-150 XLT 2009 Product ID : 5560753. I received the kits 2 weeks later in very poor packaging but to my surprise nothing was broken. I installed the kits and immediately had one headlight that flickered constantly. I swapped sides to determine if it was the bulb or the ballast, it followed the bulb so bad bulb. I emailed countless times but continued to get the run around so I finally gave up. Then about 3 months later one fog lamp burned out, I swapped sides to prove it was the bulb. I emailed support again and like before got the run around, I called countless times but no answer leaving VM but no call back. After weeks of calling Simon answered and I explained my frustration and need of 2 replacement bulbs and he said no problem he would make sure they shipped out that day and apologized. That never happened, I sent countless emails but they continued to just repeat the same emails in a vicious cycle that I installed them wrong, I need to trouble shoot by their steps, I need to have a real mechanic troubleshoot the issue, the bulbs are on the way, I should have them in 1 week, they are lost in the mail, and the lost shipment is being investigated by the carrier, then they start the same responses all over again. They cannot give a tracking # because the carrier does not use them, what??? I am certified ASE Master Auto/Truck Technician so I think I can diagnose a faulty bulb! I have sense found hundreds of other complaints just like mine.. I got ripped off but they are still in business ripping others off someone needs to shut them down!!
