Stephen Jackse is the owner of OSJ LOGISTICS and he is an agent for Landstar Logistics. He fails to deliver on his promises and pay for the loads done by carriers. When he is asked for the payment of the services completed, he becomes very rude and threatening. Avoid working with this individual at all costs!!!
