We purchase tickets for Sarah Brightman at HP Pavillion in San Jose at March 26, 2013 8:00 p.m. but whern we arrive there from San Lorenzo, CA the place was dark and there were some 50 people there until one said that he checked on ticketmaster website and the performance was cancelled. Today, May 4 2013 around 1:30pm I called 1-866-788-2482 and spoke to (female)Erin from Rochester NY who verified that I did pay and that the information was correct and then said that she has to transfer me to the 'resolution' department which does not have an address, telephone number or e-mail address. She promised that if I am disconnected somebody will call me aback and we verified that she has the correct telephone number, she said that she will stay on the line until somebody pick-up the line. After that I was transferred to a line that had a repetitive guitar tune. there was no one else on the line for about 20 minutes after which I hung up. I am planning to mail the ticket back to Stubhub and hope to receive my money back
