The product was offered as a free trial for only the shipping price of 5.99. After receiving the product, I was then made aware that I would be billed 89.95 if I did not call to cancel within 14 days. The arrival date of the product with this cancellation information gave little to no time for use of the product to determine whether I desired to keep it or not.

The product was ordered on 3/18/2013 and we were billed on 4/1/2013. On 4/13 we called and cancelled and on that same date another order was mailed out and we were billed. We were not told in this conversation on this date that it had already been mailed out.

Seven to eight calls have been made in attempts to resolve this, with our being able to get an answer only one time. Their website says they are not available except on Mondays thru Fridays, 8 to 5 EST yet we got an answer today, Saturday at 12:30 CST. Until today, no one told us we needed a return authorization number in order to get a refund as well as a postal tracking number nor were we told shipments and billings happened every three weeks rather that 30 days as advertised in the information provided with the product. The second billing increased by 10.00 without any explanation as to why.
