Direct TV, illegally stored and filed my debit card information, the information was then used to pay a bill that belongs to my roommate. I allowed my roommate to borrow $25.00 from me so that she could process a internet order with Direct TV, I agreed to a one time processing fee payment of $25.00, which was done while I was there, I was never informed by anyone via internet or by phone that this transaction would allow Direct TV keep my card information for in the event that the service bill is not paid they could intercept my Social Security Benefits use them as payment for a TV Service. I did not nor would I never agreed or sign on to something so stupid, I don't even have the service in my room. I informed them that I would be filing criminal charges against them, and filing formal complaints. My benefits are to pay my rent, and my portion of my prescription drug coverage, and other living expenses, not over priced entertainment. Can someone please help me recover my money?
