I ordered some vitamins from this company, and then I decided that they were not worth the money. I returned them within the time frame stated on their literature, which guarantees a full refund. However, even though the post office confirmed that the packages were delivered to the return address I was given by the company over the telephone, and after I was also told by one employee over the phone that they had received the return, I called today and was given another number to call to handle return issues, and that person told me there was no record that the products had been received on their end. So I have been lied to over the phone, and their literature is also a lie because it states that refunds are generally processed within 5 business days. It's now been 33 business days. There are numerous complaints on the BBB website regarding the same issue of not receiving a refund and being lied to. This company needs to be shut down.
