Placed an order on 4/20/2013 using e-check, funds were taken from my account on 4/23/2013, I've sent several emails regarding this order and haven't received any replies or any tracking info on this order. Is this a legitimate business or is this a scam business? I'd like some feedback before I decide to dispute with my bank.
