Ive received several emails from different people in company saying that i took out a loan with there company in 02/08/2011 and that i never payed back the amount in full or ever made payments to them, they are filing a "lawsuit" in my name and i will be contacted sortly. when i ask them to call me to speak about this they never do they just have someone else contact me. there is no phone number but i was provided an address and two email address from the people at the company. i dont appreciate this and i have no clue who these people are nor did i ever take a loan out with them. i think its funny its from 2011 and they are now contacting me.. its a scam and these people have my personal information and im reporting them, ive been watching my credit report to check that nothing bad is happening at this point... i want something done and for these people to loose my personal information and stop contacting me.. they harrass me everyday..
