I received a postcard from publishers clearing house. The postcard stated that I was to contact publishers clearing house. It stated only 50 winners will be confirmed. I was then advised to go to www.pch.com/w78 to the special registration page and follow the entry instructions using the authorization code provided. My code was W4252. Once you go on the page, there was promo offers. I purchased an item for 16.00 plus tax and received nothing.
