They act as agent and scoop 35 min. on each trans.
They simply fill in your info at the site you should have gone to, then add a surcharge !

- How much have they charged you so far? I just bought a birth certificate from them and after they said they could not email me due to 'technical difficulties' i realized it was a fake website :'(
