I placed an order on the website for their products but after a month had gone by I got charges for $9.47 for continued access to all the tools, I didn't sign for the tools only the product and this may seem only a small amount but on a monthly basis will end up costing me heaps. I have sent an email to stop it but has made no effect. I went to my bank to try and stop payment and they say they can't, as I must've signed up for it, even if I did which I didn't, I should be able to stop payment or get them to stop but they don't.
This gives all of the companies trying to sell there products on the Internet a bad name and for sure I am not ever going to do this again. Still trying to cancel. Don't know there ph no. As they are in the USA and I'm in Australia. NEVER EVER AGAIN....
