After surgery for a broken arm, my Physical Therapist
set me up with a Dynasplint Rep. for a device to correct
the curvature in my ring finger. I was assured that it was
covered under my insurance (Bl. Cross & Bl. Shield).
I used it properly, and my progress was rigidly monitored.
However, the correction was minimal and I ended up requiring
a second surgery in the Fall of 2011.
Last summer - July 2012, I was robbed and my Dynasplint
device was stolen with my things. I was working with an agent
named Kyle Van Sykle and everything was settled.
Now out of the blue, I'm getting more bills and phone calls
and I've told them the situation, but they won't leave me alone.
