I have just been informed by my bank that on the 30th of April, 2013 the above sum of £26.34 was taken from my account, I dont what it is for and
why they deducted it without me knowing it.
I have written to them and still am waiting for their response. The irony of this is is my bank said maybe its a repayment for a loan or a brokers fee. I was applying for a loan but I waas not successful. I was really upset. I need the money and yet they have to do this. Can you help?
