Beyond Dissatisfied Customer...I ordered 3 different orders of flowers. The first order was delivered in poor condition and it was skimpy for the amount I paid. The second order delivered 2 days later. The third order, well... I am still waiting. To date the third recipient still has not received the flowers I ordered for her--it’s been 4 days. When I called customer service said they cancelled the order today without informing me. They said it wasn’t anything they could do except to give $10 off. Not acceptable, so needless to say, Just Flowers delivered poor quality flowers, customer service is incompetent, just flowers did not deliver on their promise and recipient never received her flowers. I asked a friend of mine if she had ever ordered from Just Flowers and the response was negative and she said she “would never order from them again.” If anyone is on the fence on choosing between Just Flowers and any other service, choose the other service. I never had a problem with 1800Flowers and I was just trying something different because the cost. Unfortunately, it was a terrible mistake because the cost ended up being the same on the backend and still I have no flowers. So I am sticking with 1800 Flowers, it may cost a little more but at least I know the flowers will get to the recipient.
