I was also in a hurry and thought I was on the USPS website. I had used the change of address form on the USPS website before so I was just going through the motions. I was aware that I would have to pay $1.00 to change my address so I didnt think anything of it when I entered my debit info-just as I clicked submit I noticed very small print that said something about $39.95. By the time I realized what I had done it went through. I have tried for the last day to reach these people but they never direct you to a customer service rep like it indicates in the message. The only option you have is to leave a message that is never going to be answered. This is obviously not a legitimate business, especially since I see others paid $18.00 and I was charged $39.95. It is my mistake and I should have paid closer attention but this is obviously a scam and it infuriates me. I account for all my pennies and I cannot afford to be ripped off by these thieves!
