I could not receive e-mails for the past two days, called your tech. and he claimed it was my Outlook Microsoft causing the problem. I contacted Outlook, after doing a complete make over, which took over an hour and cost us $100.00, we were told that the problem was with the server, I called back your tech. and after he did what he did, we were told it was not deleted by them and what ever he did, I now get my e-mail. We feel we should be reimbursed for this $100.00 fee we had to pay, do to the negligance of the tech. My phone number is (Personal Information Removed), Enon Valley Borough. If you do not reply, we will proceed with action through our attorney.
