I signed up for a trial for 1.98 and before it even arrived at my house, I was charged $92.88. I called and spoke to a woman who said her name was Shilynn on 5/4/13. She would not put anyone else on the line, and the more I complained the heavier discount she gave me. She claimed she would refund $46.44 and offered a cancellation number which I took. It still has not shown up in my account, and after reading this, I'm not sure it ever will. I WILL go after them!!!!!
