While signing-up for Netflix a tab opened up on my screen offerring a "free gift" if I completed a survey. I did the survey and the "free gift" was a jar of cream which I had to pay $2.99 shipping. Two months later I see that the Veluminous Co charged me $96.00 twice once in March and once in May. On a conference call with my credit card Co. they man from Veluminous was admant I was obligated to pay Veluminous $96.00 per month for a year. If I agreed to not contest the charges he would release me from the contract meaning I owed him $145.00. I am contesting this matter fully it was fraud.
