I've done the transfer of the amount by the local agent for Western Union as instructions on 12 May 2013, and the payment was confirmed online by site and by e-mail on the same day.
On the instructions of the company, it was expected that I receive e-tickets within 12 hours of confirmation.
Confirmation Steps have been repeated six times through the site and six times by e-mail of the company during the past four days, but I did not have any response from the company.
I’ve tried to call the company telephone numbers +44 20 3287 3228 (London) +44 121 364 8083 (Birmingham), but only the answer machine is available.
