I needed help hooking my Epson printer up wirelessly so searched internet for Epson support. This company had somehow posted their contact info in a very legit looking Epson site. They told be they were contracted support technicians. They charged me a fee (which I was prepared to pay) and I am now able to print wirelessly - however there are no printer options and I have a color photo printer. They also did a bunch of other stuff 'cleaning up my computer' but being technically challenged I am not sure what. they did install PC-Clean as well. I was feeling rather uncomfortable and feel I should now get my computer checked. I called AusTech back regarding the lack of printer options and was given the run around. Today there is no answer.... I found the correct number for Epson and the person I talked to had never heard of AusTech and said there was always Epson support available free of charge. AusTech misrepresented themselves and now I'm unsure if they may have done something fraudulent to my computer.
