I purchased a 1 Year Subscription for my Mom on 12/20/12 as a Christmas Present. The order stated that the first magazine would arrive about 4 to 6 weeks after the order date. It has now been 5 months and she has still NOT received her magazine. I have lodged several complaints using their website and have not received any response.
