I saw advertisement for these products to have a trial for the cost of shipping. I did not initially see any thing about any other cost, but I guess I did not read far enough (at least that is what the customer service representative said when I asked them to refund my money because I thought I was getting a "trial size" not for a trial period). What a way to scam the unsuspecting. I will never order anything online from the internet unless I am going to the website because I am looking for something.
