I place an order in 5/03/2013 for a wigs Medium Length Monofilament Top Hairpieces color 14 mixed 22. Before placing order everything seemed ok, I chatting with Cathy about the color of my wig She was very nice person ... I waited two weeks I received no response, I got chatting again talked about the same Cathy who assured me that I'm getting my wig in about 2 days. The past two days have tried chat again, no one answered, I tried several times no one answered. But when I call chat on another laptop with a different name and a different e-mail, very quickly replied Fiona person, at first I pretended I like to order something, I asked her how safe is the site ... responses were ambiguous, I will post a saved conversation below:

  • I purchased a wig from this company after I saw a picture of a wig and it looked exactly like what I wanted. I read their refund policy, ordered it so I'd get well before Thanksgiving, as I'd had surgery and wanted a 'new look' - well, it came AFTER Tgiving, looked nothing like the picture, was so huge it dwarfed my face, and I was told by "Fiona" that they would reimburse me $20; I paid $100.00. I emailed and defended my position (all I did was put on the wig for about 45 seconds and realized it was not right for me) - and after emails back and forth, they offered to refund me $49.00, This is one lousy company, lousy products, lying regarding their refund policy and their products overall. DON'T ORDER FROM THESE CROOKS. THEY DON'T GIVE A DAMN AND YOU WILL LOSE MONEY. FOR CERTAIN.
