I received the following email (from address; Tina ([email protected])) when i placed my order via their web site;

Dear -, Have a nice day ! Thanks for ordering from us, here is our website: www.rose-dress.co.uk we make the order list for you in the attachment. please kindly check if all details is correct or not. the details include: full name, address, post code, phone number. dress style, size, and color .... if there have any incorrect, please just tell us, we will change it ... thank you so much and you will get the dress within 25 days. When we send the dress. We will give you the tracking number .and if you have any question or suggestion, please don't hesitate to contact us. best regards, Tina

I have since received a second email on 27/04/2013;

hello my dear, many many thanks for your email and may I know when is the special day ? because for the Internation labour days, all people in china are in holiday,... the dress will be finish in 29th... but we just can be send you in 6th May... really so sorry for make you waiting long time. best regards, Tina.

At this time, they have taken my payment of £157, i have not received the dress and they have now stopped answering and responding to my emails. They wnt let me know what is going on ad my 16 yr old niece is going to be devastated if the dress doesnt come for her prom, shes had her heart set on that dress for months. I can not contact them by phone as there is no number on either of their web sites. I have tried the contact on their websites and they are ignoring me on those also. I am at a loss at what to do now ???
