I ordered two dresses from Celebrity Dresses. This was after I thought I had done my research about this company. There were numerous e-mails back and forth confirming that the dresses look just like they do in the picture and that they were returnable if not custom designed. A 40$ restock charge would be charged for each dress returned. I agreed to those charges so I bought two of the same dresses for size purposes. I also checked the reviews on their website. There seemed to be no negative reviews, however, now I am thinking that they made them up themselves because I have since heard bad reviews and had a terrible experience with them.

It turned out that the sizing was wrong in both dresses. I know that I am one of those sizes in all of my other dresses. Not only was the size wrong, but the dresses were way too short. The dresses look tacky and nothing like the picture which they confirmed. There was no return information in the bag which makes it impossible to return. I have e-mailed them twice and they never responded to my e-mails. I know they get them because of our previous contact.

Therefore, they scammed me from my money and left me without a prom dress. I am so outraged and disappointed and I don't understand how they are able to get away with this. I DISCOURAGE EVERYONE TO SHOP FROM THERE. You will only be left disappointed. They target young girls with the ambition of looking and feeling like celebrities for a night when really their intention is to take advantage.
