I was unaware that I was on a third party website when I did my address change as the website said "USPS". I thought I was to pay only $1, when the transaction was completed I noticed I was charged $19.95. If I knew it was that much I would not have submitted the change.I would like to get my money back but I am unable to contact any one from this company. I was able to leave a voice message with them but have not heard back from them.
