I purchased a Chi Flat Iron in December , the warranty for the produce was good for a year. I have contacted Chi and also the mfg and they told me that they would not cover the defect and that it was a scam . I will contact the BBB also to see if anything can be done.

- dont know how this is a scam. at least you received the goods. interesting. Scammers are the ones that charge you and dont send you a thing. hope you get your warrantee resolved.
