I was led to believe that I was paying a fee of $19.95 for my change of address online, and after waiting for many days, I called the post office for the previous address. The supervisor there notified me that no change of address existed, nor was one pending. The company "changemyaddress.com" already had taken my money from my checking account on May 16th of 2013.
